These steps are meant to help you get out.

I don't sell or share your information. Your progress is only visible to you, unless you share it.

What you get when you subscribe:

• 90 days of steps
• An account on this site to keep track of your personal plan - valid for 6 months - twice as long as the plan, so you have the time you need
• If needed, monthly extensions, for a fee

What you won't get:

• A social media site with followers and DMs
• Emails or notifications - you are in charge of your progress
• A site trying to keep you scrolling or subscribing forever
